Shipping within Australia

Brown Bear currently ships to Australian addresses only.

Processing times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, public holidays or unusually busy periods. You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Delivery options

Standard delivery costs A$11 and normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Standard delivery is free for eligible orders of A$200 or more after discounts and before shipping.

Express delivery costs A$15 and normally takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery delays caused by carriers, severe weather, peak periods or events outside our reasonable control may occur.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@brownbearmarket.com immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Additional carrier charges for redirection, return-to-sender or redelivery may be passed on to the customer where permitted.

Tracking and delivery

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your parcel. Where an order contains age-restricted products, age or identity verification and an adult recipient may be required. Orders must not be placed by or supplied to anyone under 18.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact hello@brownbearmarket.com with your order number and relevant photographs. We will work with the carrier and provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Authority to leave

If you request or accept authority to leave, the parcel may be left without a signature. Risk associated with the nominated safe location may pass to the recipient once the carrier records delivery, subject to applicable consumer rights.
